National, Bureau Desk | As the south-west monsoon advances, heavy rains have wreaked havoc in North Bengal. Due to torrential rains, the water level of the rivers has increased, due to which the Dudhiya Bridge was washed away in the strong flow of water. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert in many areas.
