Tejashwi Yadav apologized to CM, accused of fake encounter

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on June 20 termed the Bharat Tiwari encounter as "fake" and demanded an apology from Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. He alleged that Bihar Police is carrying out fake encounters and demanded strict action in this matter. This statement of Tejashwi has come at a time when senior BJP leaders have also raised questions on the police action. Former Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey said that Tiwari had no criminal record and was killed in a fake encounter.
