Lack of Aadhaar centers in Palamu division, increased problems in enrollment and updates

People are facing problems due to lack of Aadhaar enrollment centers in Palamu division. According to reports, only limited centers out of 14 are active, affecting service in Palamu and surrounding districts.

Aadhaar update has become necessary today for banking, ration, pension, scholarship and many government schemes. Due to lack of centres, villagers have to suffer loss of both time and money.

People demand that regular camps should be organized at the block and panchayat level. This can especially provide relief to children, elderly and families in remote villages.
