FIR against Khan Sir, but stay on arrest

After the video of the firing went viral, the police started investigation, in which two personal security guards of Khan sir confessed that they fired in the air on the orders of Khan sir. On the basis of this statement, FIR was also registered against Khan sir. However, the court stayed his arrest. Khan sir, in his petition, denied all the allegations and said that he has been falsely implicated. At the same time, Roshan Anand's bail plea was rejected, although he later got bail.
