Heavy Rains Swell Rivers in Garhwa, Administration Issues High Alert

Incessant rainfall over the last 48 hours has disrupted normal life across Garhwa district. The water levels of the Koel and Sone rivers are rising rapidly. The district administration has kept NDRF teams on standby to tackle any flood-like situation and advised people living in low-lying areas to move to safer locations immediately.
