Lack of services related to Aadhaar enrollment and update in Garhwa district is becoming a big problem for the common people. According to reports, only a few centers out of 14 are active in Palamu division and due to lack of functioning centers in Garhwa, people have to resort to other places.
The biggest problems are being faced in the KYC process related to children's enrollment, mobile number update, biometric correction and government schemes. People from rural areas many times reach the block headquarters, but have to return when the service is not available.
There is a demand at the local level that the number of Aadhaar centers in Garhwa should be increased and special camps should be organized at the Panchayat level. This can provide relief to students, elderly and beneficiary families.
