Two youths died due to drowning while taking bath in Herbaria Dam located in Ranka police station area of Garhwa district. It is being told that the youth had come for a picnic and during this time they went into deep water.
After the incident, the bodies were taken out with the help of local people and administration. People have demanded warning boards and increased monitoring near dams and reservoirs.
