There is anger among the villagers after the news of a youth getting injured after being hit by a tractor laden with illegal sand in Garhwa. People allege that vehicles engaged in sand transportation move at high speed and without safety rules at many places.
The villagers have demanded from the administration to monitor illegal sand transportation, check tractors and control sensitive roads. He says that if timely action is not taken, there will be a risk of accidents.
