MNREGA workers in Garhwa have appealed to the government and administration to increase communication and find a solution to the pending demands. Employees say that there are many practical problems at the field level in the implementation of rural employment schemes.
Workers expressed the need for clear guidance on issues related to pay, workload and technical processes. He says that due to timely solution, both the speed of the schemes and the benefits to the rural laborers will be better.
