Two youths died due to drowning in Garhwa's Herbaria Dam, accident during picnic

Two youths died due to drowning while taking bath in Herbaria Dam located in Ranka police station area of ​​Garhwa district. It is being told that the youth had come for a picnic and during this time they went into deep water.
